ü  Minimum 14 years of education with the main responsibility of directing, managing and coordinating the entire operations of the field office.

ü  3 to 5 years working experience in the Microfinance sector.

ü  Good communication and writing skills.

ü  Sufficient knowledge of MS office.

Eligibility Criteria for Accounts Officer

ü  Commerce graduate

ü  2 years working experience in relevant field

Position: MIS Developer

This role is responsible for developing and documenting web-based solutions integrated with Damen Support Programme’s MIS. This position is also responsible for user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation of daily tasks and project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and maintain existing ASP.Net projects.
  • Having hands-on experience using Visual Studio and appropriate web development tools.
  • Develop the micro-services required for front-end web applications.
  • Support MIS team for developing and supporting current MIS (ASP.Net C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • UAT and Documentation of existing and new solutions.
  • Support the Region, Area & Branch as well HO users in daily operations.
  • Handling data entry and application updates issues.
  • Training on devised solutions to users and non-technical staff.
  • Strong communication, documentation skills and team-work.
  • Any other task assigned from time to time.

Qualification: Graduation or 14 years of formal education with a degree from an HEC approved University.

Additional Qualification: Certifications or course completion in related technology tools.

A medium size, Microfinance Institution, is looking to hire an "IT Auditor" with an analytical mind and expertise in IT systems, applications and infrastructure. IT Auditors are expected to have outstanding problem-solving skills, a meticulous attention to detail and a great understanding of cyber security trends.

IT Auditor Core Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate and test controls and efficiency at all levels i.e Business application, Operating System, Databases, IT infrastructure, Network Components, Servers and recommendation for improvements.
  • Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine risk exposure and recommend remedial strategies.
  • Plan, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems and networks.
  • Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities along with recommendations to protect the network.
  • Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant staff.

Qualification: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) OR a Bachelor (4-years Programme) / Master degree in Information Technology / Computer Sciences from a reputable and recognized Institute.

Experience:  2 to 3 years of work experience as an IT Auditor (Mandatory)
